Supplies

Please bring the following items on or prior to the first day:  

• 1-2 complete changes of clothes (shirt, pants, underwear socks) in a labeled zip top bag, please label all items with name as well. 

• All Office of Child Care Forms- See Important Forms, Section 2 (All 4 forms per each child)

• Optional: If you'd like me to be able to apply sunscreen, insect repellent, and/or diaper rash cream, please provide these products in a labeled bag and complete this form.

Please have your child bring the following items daily: 

• A water bottle labeled with your child's name

• Appropriate clothing for the day, including appropriate outerwear

• Their work folder (provided by the teacher during the first week)

Please do not have your child bring any personal items, except for when requested for themed days. Additionally, please do not send backpacks.

The following items may be donated to the classroom if you wish:

• Paper Towels

• Disinfecting wipes

• Glue sticks

• Markers

• Crayons

• Watercolor Paints
